On-Site Technical Assistance
Thales Computers offers experienced senior engineers working with an exact duplicate of your system architecture. This allows us to provide every service, from bug resolution to rigorous regression testing. We can evaluate the impact of hardware and software modifications to your system before any modifications are delivered. Although our remote technical support is excellent, it is occasionally necessary to provide technical support on-site. Should this be necessary, Thales Computers has a team of skilled engineers who can travel to your site and assist with issues as desired. On-Site Support Services are available for a modest fee including travel and per diem expenses.
