Download the Data Sheet (1.3 MB - pdf file)
This SXGA graphics controller is cost-effective and compliments the Thales Computers' line of COTS and standard PMCs for VMEbus and CompactPCI SBCs. The PMC-DGX graphics adapter uses the Asilian 69030 controller, featuring resolutions up to 1600 x 1200 64K color at 60 Hz or SXGA resolution of 1280 x 1024 16M color at up to 85 Hz.
The PMC-DGX is supported by the latest release of Thales Computers' VME PowerEngine SBC firmware, offering VT100 graphic emulation using the keyboard and PMC-DGX for both software development and normal operation. Currently supported under WindML3.0™ for VxWorks™, the PMC-DGX is available in standard, rugged convection-cooled, and rugged conduction-cooled environmental classes. The rugged conduction-cooled version features an output video connection via the backplane P4 connector.
The features of the PMC-DGX include:
· Supports CRT and digital interfaces
· 64-bit graphics controller
· 4 MB controller embedded SDRAM
· 3.3V signaling, 5V tolerant PCI bus interface
· Extended temperature version available
· Support from firmware
· Support for VxWorks WindML 3.0
· Scheduled support for LynxOS and Linux featuring dual-head capability
