Modeled after the European EFQM model, Thales Computers' quality policy is designed to achieve customer satisfaction and meet users' expectations as well as improve performance, create value, develop our human resources and satisfy employees.
To achieve our objectives, we have developed a Quality Management System based upon:

the customer commitment continuous improvement program.
Continuous improvement

Continuous improvement is an integral part of the Thales Group Customer Commitment Program, combining all the actions designed to raise company efficiency to achieve its objectives, particularly customer satisfaction.
2006 achivements
Thanks to Thales Group Customer Commitment Program, Thales Computers has achieved significant results in 2006 with over 93% of on time deliveries and more than 90% of TAT (Turn Around Time) for repairs.
Certification
Thales Computers is ISO 9001: 2000 accredited (download), and ISO14001: 2004 accredited (download)
A quality system based on the CMM-I maturity model will also be applied in 2007 to program management and hardware development.
